Three Basic Factors For Wrinkles

What causes wrinkles? Do we really have to ask?

You've probably heard a million reasons as to what causes wrinkles ...... too much sun, smoking, not drinking enough water, squinting or smile too much, and a poor diet.

But did you know artificial preservatives, colors, over time and the prescription of drugs for skin too? In fact, researchers have discovered that people taking antidepressants in the long run - tend to wrinkle and age faster than those who do not.

So what exactly causes the real wrinkles to form? The simplest explanation is three basic factors:

* Loss of elasticity
* Thinning skin
* The lack of moisture

When skin is young, thick and full of elasticity is able to resist the muscular tension and does not develop a forest or crease when a muscle contracts face - like a frown, squint or smile. But as we age our skin becomes thinner, drier, less resistant, it starts itself adhere to the underlying muscle tissue. So now frown when the skin is removed along with the muscle creating a valley, a deep line or a wrinkle in time.

  1. the lack of moisture occurs when some anti wrinkle cream products have other sort of unknown ingredients that can deplete your skin texture.
